NFL Week 10 Picks Against the Spread

Publish Date: November 4, 2025

The NFL season is here. Picking NFL games straight up is hard enough, but picking against the spread is even tougher. Here are NFL week 10 picks against the spread. (Spreads are from Tallysight as of Tuesday morning)

Last Week: 5-9

Season: 63-72

Thursday Night Football

Las Vegas Raiders at Denver Broncos (-9.5)

While the Broncos will likely win this game, they aren’t often blowing teams out. Their defense is tough, but the offense has been inconsistent. Las Vegas can keep it within a large spread on a short week.

Pick: Raiders

Sunday Morning

Atlanta Falcons at Indianapolis Colts (-6.5) (Game in London)

Indianapolis just lost on the road at Pittsburgh and now has to travel to London. They can win the game against the Falcons, but it will likely be close. Atlanta played New England close and Michael Penix looks like he is showing some growth.

Pick: Falcons

Sunday Afternoon

New York Giants at Chicago Bears (-3.5)

The Bears got a win at Cincinnati, but really need to improve their defense. They should be able to defend their home turf and cover, as the Giants don’t have as many playmakers as the Bengals.

Pick: Bears

Buffalo Bills (-9.5) at Miami Dolphins

Buffalo has started to run the ball well and the Dolphins rank 30th against the run this season. Things are falling apart in Miami and the Bills can take advantage.

Pick: Bills

Baltimore Ravens (-3.5) at Minnesota Vikings

The Ravens have the season back on track, although they need to make up ground. Lamar Jackson is back and the defense is much improved after the bye week. Minnesota played great against Detroit, but shouldn’t be trusted in two straight tough games after how they have played this season.

Pick: Ravens

Cleveland Browns at New York Jets (-2.5)

New York has a bad defense, while Cleveland is good on that side of the ball. The Browns can win an ugly game against the Jets so the smart thing to do is take the points.

Pick: Browns

New England Patriots at Tampa Bay Buccaneers (-2.5)

The Buccaneers have played well this season despite their injuries. They are coming off a bye and should be ready for the Patriots. Tampa Bay’s complex defense could cause issues for the Patriots to help them cover.

Pick: Buccaneers

New Orleans Saints at Carolina Panthers (-5.5)

Carolina played well last week and won over the Packers. Their defense stepped up and that is a good sign for this week, as the Saints are starting rookie quarterback Tyler Shough. The Panthers can win and cover at home.

Pick: Panthers

Jacksonville Jaguars at Houston Texans (-1)

Jacksonville is going on their second straight road game after narrowly escaping Las Vegas with a win. Houston is playing better as of late, as they have won three of their last five games. The spread isn’t large and the Texans’ defense can help them win, with or without CJ Stroud, who is in concussion protocol.

Pick: Texans

Sunday Evening

Arizona Cardinals at Seattle Seahawks (-6.5)

Seattle is rolling right now after their win over Washington on Sunday Night Football. They push the ball downfield and the defense has some real talent to be dealt with. Arizona is on a short week, which will make things tougher.

Pick: Seahawks

Los Angeles Rams (-3.5) at San Francisco 49ers

The Rams are favored in this game, but Sean McVay has a losing record against Kyle Shanahan. It should be a close game and the 49ers can keep it close, despite all their injuries, especially with them being at home.

Pick: Rams

Detroit Lions (-3.5) at Washington Commanders

This line was on Underdog on Tuesday morning and was so much different than other lines out there. Detroit should win and win by a decent margin, especially with the Commanders struggling on defense and having an injured Jayden Daniels.

Pick: Lions

Sunday Night Football

Pittsburgh Steelers at Los Angeles Chargers (-2.5)

Pittsburgh had a good game against the Colts because of their ability to force turnovers. That likely won’t keep up. The Chargers have two injured offensive tackles, but they should still be able to play decently well enough on offense to win and cover.

Pick: Chargers

Monday Night Football

Philadelphia Eagles at Green Bay Packers (-2.5)

Green Bay continues to struggle after they lost to Carolina this past week. They might not be able to score much on the Eagles’ defense after not scoring much against Carolina. Philadelphia can win on the road.

Pick: Eagles
