Another NFL Sunday has passed and Week 11 is in the books. As a result, new MVP odds have been released in Vegas and a new front-runner arose in the race.
Lamar Jackson is Out in Front
After another dominating performance, Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson is now leading the MVP odds at 7-5. In a 41-7 victory over the Houston Texans, the dual-threat phenom threw for 222 yards and four touchdowns on 17 completions. Jackson not only showed off his arm talent but reminded everyone of his running capabilities. On nine carries, the quarterback scrambled for 86 yards.
Ravens running back Mark Ingram made sure to express his excitement about his quarterback being the front-runner after the game.

Wilson Slides to Second
Jackson moves ahead of quarterback Russell Wilson, who seems to be playing the best football of his career as well. Wilson and his team handed the 49ers their first lost of the season last week, which in turn propelled the quarterback’s MVP odds. But, with the Seahawks on a Bye in Week 11, the door was left wide open for Jackson to take the spotlight. Still, Wilson sits at a close second 2-1 odds for winning the MVP award come February.

Dak Prescott Is In the Running
Another name that appears on MVP watch is Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott. On a team that was expected to have a run heavy offense coming into the 2019 season, Prescott is on track to pass for more yards than any of his previous three seasons.
Through 10 games, Dak has completed 67.7% of his passes for a total of 3,221 yards, 21 touchdowns and nine interceptions. To add to his resumƩ, his passer rating currently sits at 104.1. In the final year of his contract, Prescott is proving more and more each week that he deserves his payday. He is also turning heads as he emerging as a MVP candidate with 10-1 odds, all while becoming an internet meme in the process.
