NFL Divisional Round Picks Against the Spread

The NFL season is here. Picking NFL games straight up is hard enough, but picking against the spread is even tougher. Here are NFL Divisional Round picks against the spread. (Spreads are from Tallysight as of Monday morning)

Saturday Games

Buffalo Bills at Denver Broncos (-2)

The Bills won a tough game on the road at Jacksonville in the Wild Card Round. Josh Allen is carrying the team and can help exploit the Denver defense. The Broncos may not have the offensive firepower to defeat Allen and the Bills, even if they do run the ball successfully.

Pick: Bills

San Francisco 49ers at Seattle Seahawks (-7.5)

San Francisco won in the Wild Card Round, but lost George Kittle for the season. They are so injured this season, but continue to battle. Seattle is rested and should win this game at home, but a divisional game against a rival will likely be kept to within a touchdown.

Pick: Seahawks

Sunday Games

Houston Texans at New England Patriots (-2.5)

Houston defeated the Steelers on the road, but their offense didn’t play well. The Patriots are at home and have an offense that can do a bit more than the Texans. Drake Maye should be able to move the ball enough against a tough Texans’ defense and the Texans will not be able to keep up.

Pick: Patriots

Los Angeles Rams (-3.5) at Chicago Bears

The Bears keep on digging themselves holes early, but they seemingly have been able to get out of it. With the way the Rams run the ball, their defense will be stressed and it will be hard for them to come back. Matthew Stafford is banged up, but should be able to get the job done on the road.

Pick: Rams
