Foster, 27, was an undrafted free agent in the 2018 NFL Draft who has played in Buffalo and in Washington during his NFL career. He has 32 catches for 642 yards and three touchdowns in his career. Last season for Washington, Foster had two receptions for 37 yards.
The Giants will likely use Foster on special teams and for wide receiver depth. New head coach Brian Daboll spent time with Foster in Buffalo when he was the offensive coordinator there.
