The New York Giants have reached a three-year, $30 million deal with free agent offensive lineman Jon Runyan. It includes $17 million guaranteed.
Runyan, 26, spent the first four seasons of his career with the Green Bay Packers. He started 57 games over the last three seasons.
The Giants are making an effort to improve their offensive line this offseason. Justin Pugh and Ben Bredeson are unrestricted free agents, so getting Runyan to play guard was needed.
