The Minnesota Vikings have reached a four-year, $96 million contract extension with offensive tackle Brian O’Neill, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter. With the deal, O’Neill is under contract for a total of five seasons.
O’Neill, 30, has played in 124 games, starting 120 of them during his eight-year career, all of which have been with the Vikings. He is a two-time Pro Bowler, with his most recent appearance coming in the 2024 season.
With the Vikings, O’Neill will hope to help the team bounce back after missing the playoffs last season. The offense could have some changes, as Kyler Murray could be under center, but locking up O’Neill will help the team long-term.
