The Minnesota Vikings have reached a deal with free-agent linebacker Jordan Hicks according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport. He will get a two-year deal worth up to $12 million.
Hicks, 29, was a former third-round pick by the Philadelphia Eagles. He has played for the Eagles and Cardinals over his seven-year career. In his career, Hicks has racked up 638 total tackles. For the Cardinals in 2021, he had 116 total tackles.
The Vikings have solid linebackers in Eric Kendricks and Anthony Barr, but Hicks will likely see the field and be able to help with their depth.
