Pierce is a 27-year-old defensive tackle who has played for the Ravens in all four of his NFL seasons. In 2019, Pierce started 14 games, had two tackles for loss and 0.5 sacks. For his career, he has 30 starts, 13 tackles for loss and 3.5 sacks.
With Linval Joseph leaving in free agency, the Vikings needed to find players to adequately replace him on the interior of the defensive line. Pierce will likely start for the Vikings next season.
