
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have reached a deal to re-sign wide receiver Mike Evans on a two-year deal according to Mike Garafolo.
Evans will receive $52 million over the two years with $35 million guaranteed. The 30-year-old wide receiver was set to be a free agent later this month if a deal was not reached.
The Buccaneers selected Evans in the first round of the 2014 NFL Draft. He has spent his entire 10-year career with the franchise.
In his career, Evans has registered 762 receptions for 11,680 yards and 94 touchdowns. For the 2023 season, Evans caught 79 passes for 1,255 yards and 13 touchdowns. He over 1,000 receiving yards in each of his 10 seasons.
The Buccaneers will hope that bringing Evans back will help them build on their 9-8 record and playoff appearance in 2023.
