The Miami Dolphins have made a few moves to rearrange the 2021 NFL Draft order. Now, Miami has traded the No. 12 overall pick, a 2022 first round pick and pick no. 156 for the no. 6 overall pick and pick no. 123. ESPN’s Adam Schefter was the first to report the news.
The Dolphins had previously traded down from no. 3 to no. 12 earlier on Friday. Miami traded down because they already have a franchise quarterback and may be trading up to get him more help at wide receiver or on the offensive line.
Philadelphia was rumored to be interested in the no. 3 overall pick, but only if they could land Zach Wilson. Now, they will add more picks to build around Jalen Hurts, who was drafted in the second round last year.
