The Miami Dolphins are signing running back Malcolm Brown according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
The #Dolphins are signing former #Rams RB Malcolm Brown, source said. He averaged more than 4 yards per rush in LA, now lands in Miami.

Brown, 27, has spent his whole six-year career with the Rams. In a rotational backfield, Brown has rushed for 1,188 yards and 11 touchdowns in his career.
The Dolphins traded away Jordan Howard last year, which necessitated them signing a power back like Brown. Whether the Dolphins add more running backs or stick with what they have, Brown should be expected to get a lot of the short-yardage work.
