Melvin Gordon could end his holdout on Thursday according to reports. NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport mentioned that Gordon has been mulling the decision, but it isn’t final.
While no date has been set, this is something that’s being considered for RB Melvin Gordon, source confirmed. A potential early end to his holdout. https://t.co/uQlvyqefBq

With the Chargers starting 1-2 and running back Austin Ekeler only totaling 39 rushing yards this week against the Texans, it would be a welcomed sight to have Gordon back with the team.
Gordon, 26, has been holding out for a new contract to start the season, but has not been able to come to terms with the Chargers. He has rushed for 3,628 yards and 28 touchdowns in his four seasons in the NFL.
