Kuechly played eight seasons in the NFL, all with the Panthers. He had 1,092 total tackles, 12.5 sacks, 18 interceptions and 66 passes defended in his career.
He is a five-time All-Pro, seven-time Pro Bowler, 2013 Defensive Player of the Year and 2012 Defensive Rookie of the Year.
Although he had a lot of success in his career, including leading the Panthers to a Super Bowl appearance, Kuechly does have a history of concussions.
