LeSean McCoy Signs With the Kansas City Chiefs

LeSean McCoy wasn’t a free agent for long as he has signed a one-year, $4 million deal according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

McCoy was released by the Bills earlier on Saturday and decided to join his former head coach Andy Reid in Kansas City. The 31-year-old played for Reid in Philadelphia before Reid took the job with the Chiefs and McCoy was traded to the Bills.

In his career, McCoy has rushed for 10,606 yards and 69 touchdowns. Last season with the Bills, he rushed for 514 yards and three touchdowns on 3.2 yards per carry.

The Chiefs traded Carlos Hyde on Saturday and now add McCoy to a backfield that has Damien and Darrel Williams along with Darwin Thompson.
