Former Packers linebacker Kyler Fackrell has signed a one-year deal with the Giants. The deal is reportedly worth $4.6 million.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported the news via Twitter on Tuesday.
The outside linebacker has been a Packer since he entered the league in 2016. He has played all 16 games in three of the four years he has been in the NFL. Last year he started in no games, totaled one sack and a combined 23 tackles.
These numbers were a big step back from 2018 where he tallied 10.5 sacks and 42 tackles. The Giants will likely use him as a starter, which Green Bay hardly ever did.
