Rudolph, 31, is a two-time Pro Bowler who was a second round draft pick by the Minnesota Vikings in 2011. He had 453 receptions for 4,488 yards and 48 touchdowns in his time in Minnesota.
The Giants already have Evan Engram at tight end, but Rudolph has proven to have better hands and is a better blocker. New York will likely use more two tight end sets in their offense to accomodate Rudolph.
