Mack was the fifth overall selection of the 2014 NFL Draft by the Raiders. After four years in Oakland, he was traded to the Chicago Bears for two first round picks and a sixth round pick. He had missed only three games in his career since his first season in the league, up until this season.
He won Defensive Player of the Year in 2016, along with three First Team All-Pro selections in 2015, 2016 and 2018. He was also a Pro Bowl selection in six consecutive seasons (2015-2020). In his seven games in 2021, he has one fumble recovery, six sacks and 19 tackles. Those would be his lowest totals since his rookie season. Mack will not be eligible to return until the 2022 season.
