The Kansas City Chiefs have reached a deal with free-agent offensive tackle Jawaan Taylor. It will be worth four years and $80 million according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Kansas City failed to negotiate a deal with Orlando Brown and Austin Wylie joined the Commanders in free agency, which necessitated them to make a move for an offensive tackle.
Taylor, 25, has started 66 games in his first four seasons in the league with the Jacksonville Jaguars. He is specifically known for his pass protection and will now be tasked with protecting Patrick Mahomes.
