Star wide receiver Julio Jones has finally been traded after months of requesting. He has been shipped to the Tennessee Titans, who will send at least a second-round pick back to the Falcons according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
Sources: The #Falcons are trading All-Pro WR Julio Jones to the #Titans in exchange for at least a 2nd round pick. A blockbuster for Tennessee, who now gets the coveted big-play threat. And Atlanta ends up with very nice value.

Jones will join a talented young receiver in A.J. Brown, who has been lobbying for the two to team up in Tennessee on social media. He will also be on an offense that features star running back Derrick Henry.
The Falcons tried to get more in return for Jones, but there were no takers. The pick will aid them in a rebuild if they can’t win this season.
In his 10-year career, Jones has made seven Pro Bowls and two All-Pro teams. He has 848 receptions for 12,896 yards and 60 touchdowns in his time in Atlanta.
