Robinson has ruled that Watson will not be fined. The NFLPA will not appeal the suspension, but the NFL may still do so. They will have to submit an appeal within the next three days.
Watson has been accused of sexually exposing and assaulting to at least 66 women from 2019-2021. It was reported that Watson had settled with three of the four civil suits that were still out against him.
The Browns trade for Watson this offseason, but also signed Jacoby Brissett to play quarterback in case Watson was suspended. If the ruling stands, Watson will be eligible to return on October 23 against the Ravens.
