Josh Johnson Agrees to Deal to Return to Ravens

Free agent quarterback Josh Johnson has agreed to a deal to return to the Baltimore Ravens according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Free-agent QB Josh Johnson, who has played for a record 14 NFL teams, is returning to the Ravens for the third time in his NFL career, per source. Johnson was with the Ravens in 2016, 2021 and now will be back again in 2023.

Johnson has been a journeyman backup quarterback in the league, as he has played for an NFL-record 14 teams. This is his third stint with the Ravens, as he previously played with the team in 2016 and 2021.

He has passed for 2,250 yards, 13 touchdowns and 16 interceptions on 58 percent completion in his career.
