Gordon has applied for reinstatement with the league after being banned for violating the league’s substance abuse policy. He missed two years earlier in his career for the same type of violations.
In his career, Gordon has 247 receptions for 4,252 yards and 20 touchdowns. He made the Pro Bowl and was named an All-Pro in 2013.
