Gordon, 28, has been suspended for violating the league’s substance abuse policy and has gone from Cleveland to New England and now to Seattle. The Patriots placed him on IR with the intent on cutting him after acquiring Mohamed Sanu in a trade.
He had 20 catches for 287 yards and one touchdown this season with the Patriots. In his career, he has 240 catches for 4,113 yards and 20 touchdowns.
The Seahawks will pair Gordon with Tyler Lockett and DK Metcalf, giving Russell Wilson a lot of weapons to utilize down the stretch of the regular season.
