John Ross to Miss up to a Month With Shoulder Injury

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver John Ross suffered a shoulder injury in the team’s Monday night matchup with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He will now miss at least a few weeks with the injury according to NFL Network.

Ross, 23, had just started playing up to his potential this season with 16 catches for 328 yards and three touchdowns on the year. In his previous two seasons with the Bengals, he had 21 receptions for 210 yards and seven touchdowns. He was picked in the first round, at no. 9 overall, in the 2017 NFL Draft.

The Bengals are now really thin at wide receiver with star A.J. Green still out with a foot injury. Tyler Boyd, Damion Willis, Auden Tate and Alex Erickson will be the players suiting up at wide receiver for the team.
