Ross, 25, is a former first round pick by the Cincinnati Bengals. In his four seasons of his career in Cincinnati, Ross had 51 receptions for 733 yards and 10 touchdowns. Ross has had to deal with injuries and falling out of favor with the Bengals’ coaching staff in recent years.
The Giants will be adding a lot of speed to their roster, as Ross has the record for the fastest 40-yard dash at the NFL Combine.
