The New York Jets have agreed to a three-year, $36 million deal with free-agent cornerback Brandon Stephens, according to Mike Garafolo.
Stephens, 27, played his first four professional seasons with the Baltimore Ravens. In his career, he has 32 passes defended and two interceptions. Last season, he totaled 10 passes defended.
With the Jets, Stephens will join new head coach Aaron Glenn’s defense. He will take over at corner across from Sauce Gardner after DJ Reed left via free agency.
