

Free agent defensive lineman Javon Kinlaw has agreed to a three-year, $45 million deal with the Washington Commanders according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter. In the contract, $30 million will be guaranteed.
Kinlaw, 27, is a former first-round pick by the San Francisco 49ers who also has played for the Jets. He has 110 tackles and 9.5 sacks in his five-year career. Last season with the Jets, he registered 40 total tackles and 4.5 sacks, the best total of his career.
In Washington, he will join a defensive line that features Johnny Newton and Da’Ron Payne after the team released Jonathan Allen earlier this offseason.
