Stidham, 26, has played for the Patriots and Raiders over the last three seasons. Stidham started two games for the Raiders last season after the team benched starter Derek Carr.
In his career, Stidham has passed for 926 yards, six touchdowns and seven interceptions on 58.8 percent completion.
For the Broncos, Stidham will backup Russell Wilson. He reportedly had other offers but elected to play for new head coach Sean Payton.
