Jameis Winston and Michael Thomas are among 13 New Orleans Saints on the injury report ahead of Week 4’s matchup with the Minnesota Vikings. This game will be the first of the 2022 NFL International Series, played in London.
The NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported the news via Twitter on Friday.
This will be the second straight season of Winston missing games, if he is unable to go. He tore his ACL in the third game of the 2021 season. He completed 73 passes for 858 yards, four touchdowns and five interceptions.
Thomas played just seven games in 2020, then suffered an ACL injury and setbacks so severe that he did not play for the entirety of the 2021 season. So far in 2022, he has 171 receiving yards and three touchdowns, returning to his pre-injury form.
