The Jacksonville Jaguars have reached a three-year, $30 million contract with free-agent corner Jourdan Lewis. In the contract, $20 million will be guaranteed. Jordan Schultz reported the news, while Tom Pelissero gave clarity to the contract terms.
Lewis, 29, is an eight-year veteran who spent his entire career up to this point with the Dallas Cowboys. He has 44 passes defended and 10 interceptions in his career. In 2024, he tallied eight passes defended and one interception.
While the Jaguars have Tyson Campbell at cornerback, Lewis strengthens the cornerback room. He will most likely play the nickel spot for the Jags.
