The Jacksonville Jaguars are finalizing a deal with offensive guard Brandon Scherff according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Scherff, 30, was a first-round pick in 2015 by Washington. He spent seven seasons with Washington and made five Pro Bowls and one All-Pro team.
He will join a Jaguars’ team that is looking to protect second-year quarterback Trevor Lawrence. After losing Andrew Norwell to free agency, Scherff will help bolster the offensive line.
