The Jacksonville Jaguars have continued their spending spree, agreeing to a deal with tight Evan Engram to a one-year, $10 million deal. ESPN’s Adam Schefter was the first to report the news.
Former Giants’ TE Evan Engram intends to sign a one-year, fully-guaranteed 9 million deal that could go to $10 with incentives with the Jacksonville Jaguars, per me and @JFowlerESPN.

Engram, 27, was a first-round pick by the New York Giants in 2017. In five seasons with the team, he had 262 receptions for 2,828 yards and 16 touchdowns. For the 2021 season, he hauled in 46 passes for 408 yards and three touchdowns.
The Jaguars have made an effort to improve via free agency already. Engram will be joined by offensive guard Brandon Scherff and wide receiver Christian Kirk as new members of the Jaguars in 2022.
