The Arizona Cardinals are trading Isaiah Simmons to the New York Giants for a seventh-round pick according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Simmons, 25, is a former first-round pick by the Cardinals. He has 258 total tackles, 7.5 tackles for loss and four interceptions in his three seasons with the team.
The Giants will have Simmons joining a linebacker room with Bobby Okereke and Micah McFadden. Simmons hasn’t quite lived up to his draft spot, but can still improve the linebacker room for the Giants.
Arizona has been acquiring picks in the 2024 NFL Draft, as they traded down in the 2023 NFL Draft and now made this move.
