The Indianapolis Colts have re-signed edge rusher Tyquan Lewis according to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero. He will get a one-year, $3 million deal.
Lewis, 27, was a second-round pick out of the 2018 NFL Draft by the Colts. He has 56 total tackles and 8.5 sacks in his career. In 2021, Lewis totaled 2.5 sacks and 14 tackles in eight games played.
The Colts will hope that Lewis will continue to progress, as the team averaged just 1.9 sacks per game in 2021.
