

Free agent defensive lineman Grady Jarrett has agreed to a three-year, $43.5 million deal with the Chicago Bears, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter. In the contract, $28.5 million is guaranteed.
Jarrett, 31, played the first 10 seasons of his NFL career for the Atlanta Falcons. In his career, he has 496 combined tackles and 36.5 sacks. Last season, he had 53 total tackles and 2.5 sacks.
Chicago has made an effort to improve in the trenches this offseason already. They have acquired Jarrett to go with Dayo Odeyingbo on the defensive line.
