Forrest Lamp went down with an injury in the Chargers’ game against the Titans on Sunday. He is now reportedly out for the season with a broken ankle. NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport was the first to report the news.
Lamp, 25, was the second-round pick of the Chargers in the 2017 NFL Draft. He was supposed to be a key part of protecting Philip Rivers, but tore his ACL in his rookie season. Lamp has battled injuries his whole career and now will have to rehab for next season.
The Chargers have had plenty of health issues this year with several players getting injured. They were projected to compete in the AFC West, but started off 2-5.
