Fletcher Cox has re-signed with the Philadelphia Eagles on a one-year, $10 million deal according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Cox, 32, is a six-time Pro Bowler and one-time All-Pro. He helped the Eagles win a Super Bowl and go to another. He has 65 sacks and 85 tackles for loss in his career. Last season, he registered seven sacks and seven tackles for loss.
The Eagles have lost some key members of their defense already this offseason including Javon Hargrave. Getting Cox back at the hometown discount will help give some continuity to their defensive line.
