Per Rapoport, McGuire started three games for the Jets last season. The 25-year-old spent two seasons with the Jets, racking up 591 yards and four touchdowns.
New York’s running back room was a little crowded after the team acquired Le’Veon Bell and Ty Montgomery this offseason. Bilal Powell is also still with the team, which means he likely would’ve gotten minimal carries this season.
