DT Sebastian Joseph-Day signs with Los Angeles Chargers

Sebastian Joseph-Day

Sebastian Joseph-Day is moving from one Los Angeles team to another, as he is leaving the Rams and signing with the Chargers. The contract is reportedly worth $24 million over three years, with $15 million in guaranteed money.

The NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported the news via Twitter on Monday night.

Joseph-Day won the Super Bowl with the Rams in 2022. He was drafted by the Rams out of Rutgers in the sixth round of the 2018 NFL Draft. He has 137 career tackles, six sacks, a forced fumble and four passes defended.

In November of 2021, he underwent surgery for a torn pectoral muscle, which ended his regular season. He was activated just in time for Super Bowl LVI. Joseph-Day will continue to play in the same home stadium with the Chargers.
