Joseph-Day won the Super Bowl with the Rams in 2022. He was drafted by the Rams out of Rutgers in the sixth round of the 2018 NFL Draft. He has 137 career tackles, six sacks, a forced fumble and four passes defended.
In November of 2021, he underwent surgery for a torn pectoral muscle, which ended his regular season. He was activated just in time for Super Bowl LVI. Joseph-Day will continue to play in the same home stadium with the Chargers.
