One of the best receivers in the league is on the move as the Miami Dolphins have traded for Tyreek Hill. The Chiefs will receive five draft picks in return for Hill. Reportedly, the picks are a first rounder, second rounder and a fourth rounder in 2022, as well as fourth and sixth round picks in 2023.
The NFL Network’s reported the news via Twitter on Wednesday.
Here it is: The #Chiefs are trading six-time Pro Bowl WR Tyreek Hill to the #Dolphins, sources tell me and @TomPelissero.
The return is a first-round pick and more, while Hill gets a contract extension that puts him among the highest paid WRs in the NFL.

Hill had a career high in receptions during the 2021 season, with 111. He also had 1,239 yards and nine touchdowns last year. His best receiving yards performance came in 2018, when he had 1,479 yards and 12 touchdowns the year before Kansas City won the Super Bowl.
This is the second top-tier receiver to be traded this offseason, as Davante Adams was traded from Green Bay to the Raiders. The Chiefs’ road now gets rougher as their division improves significantly while they lose one of the fastest wide outs in the NFL.
