The Miami Dolphins have agreed to a three-year, $67.5 million deal with free agent quarterback Malik Willis, according to Ian Rapoport.
Willis, 26, has played four NFL seasons for the Titans and the Packers. He is 3-3 as a starter during his career, but impressed during limited playing time with the Packers after the Titans had gone through a few quarterbacks over the last several seasons. Willis passed for 972 yards, six touchdowns and no interceptions on 78.7 percent completion during his two seasons as a Packer.
The Dolphins cut quarterback Tua Tagovailoa before free agency began. Now they bring in a quarterback who is familiar with some of the coaching staff that Jeff Haffley brought in from the Packers.
