Last season was Anzalone’s first in Detroit. He had previously played for four seasons with the New Orleans Saints, racking up four sacks and 123 combined tackles in 38 games played. He had one sack and 78 tackles last year, alone, in just 14 games played. The other re-signed linebacker, Shaun Dion Hamilton played 46 games for Washington prior to his time in Detroit.
Elliott’s only year in the league came last season, in which he started one game, but played in eight. He had 12 tackles, and no sacks or interceptions. C.J. Moore, the other safety, had by far his most productive year in 2021, with 22 combined tackles.
