Lawrence, 29, is a two-time Pro Bowler and former second-round pick by the Cowboys. He has played eight seasons with the team and has 48.5 career sacks. In 2021, he played seven games and registered three sacks.
There were rumors that the Cowboys would cut Lawrence to save money, but a new deal has been reached. He will rejoin Micah Parsons on a Dallas defense that vastly improved in 2021.
