The Dallas Cowboys are re-signing safety Darian Thompson his agency reported on Tuesday.
The 26-year-old has played four professional football seasons, two of which came with the Giants and the other two with the Cowboys. He has 127 career tackles, three passes defended and one interception.
Dallas lost Jeff Heat in free agency to the Raiders, so retaining Thompson will give them some continuity in the backend of their defense.
