Free agent offensive lineman Connor McGovern will join the Buffalo Bills on a three-year, $23 million deal according to Mike Garafolo.
McGovern, 29, has started 29 games for the Cowboys over the last three seasons and played in 45.
Buffalo will try to improve the interior of the Bills’ offensive line next season.
