Cincinnati Bengals Waive Quarterback Jeff Driskel

The Cincinnati Bengals have waived quarterback Jeff Driskel on Wednesday according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Driskel and the team have reached an injury settlement per Schefter.

The 26-year-old filled in for the injured Andy Dalton last season, starting nine games. He threw for 1,003 yards, six touchdowns and three interceptions on 59.7 percent completion.

Cincinnati drafted Ryan Finley in the 2019 NFL Draft, who played well in the preseason. He has been the listed backup so far this season.
