The Cincinnati Bengals have re-signed safety and kick returner Brandon Wilson on a two-year deal worth $4.625 million according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
Wilson, 26, has two kickoff returns for touchdowns in his career. He also led the NFL in yards per return in 2019.
To go along with his return abilities, the Houston product has contributed sparingly on defense with 53 total tackles in his career.
The Bengals were active in free agency on the defensive side of the ball by adding Trey Hendrickson, Mike Hilton and Chidobe Awuzie. Now, they have retained a good special teams player.
