The Jacksonville Jaguars are committed to improving their roster through free agency and have agreed to a deal with Christian Kirk according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
The #Jaguars aren’t done. They are expected to sign former #AZCardinals WR Christian Kirk to a large deal, per me and @TomPelissero.
— Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) March 14, 2022
Kirk, 25, was a second-round pick in the 2018 NFL Draft by the Cardinals. Through the four years in Arizona, Kirk had 236 receptions for 2,902 yards and 17 touchdowns in his career. He had 77 receptions for 982 yards and five touchdowns in 2021.
The Jaguars have added plenty of impact players in free agency. Brandon Scherff, Foley Fatukasi and Foye Oluokun have all joined the roster in the first few hours of free agency. Kirk should help second-year quarterback Trevor Lawrence develop.
