Wide receiver Cedrick Wilson is moving from Dallas to Miami after signing a new deal with the Dolphins. His new contract is reportedly worth $7 million per year for a total of three years. Rookie head coach Mike McDaniel will now have another weapon for this Dolphins team after the signing.
PFF’s Ari Meirov reported the news via Twitter on Monday.
Former #Cowboys WR Cedrick Wilson is expected to sign a 3-year deal with the Miami Dolphins. He'll get to work with Mike McDaniel in that offense. Deal will be around $7M per year.
Dallas now set to lose Amari Cooper and Cedrick Wilson. @jjones9 first on the deal.

As the above tweet states, the Cowboys have lost two big pieces of their wide receiver core in the last few days. Amari Cooper was sent to the Browns, now Wilson will sign with a new team. The Cowboys were the only team for whom Wilson had ever played, before now.
He played in 16 games last season, racking up 602 yards and six touchdowns on 45 receptions. All of those numbers were by far career bests for Wilson, who is entering his fourth season in the NFL. He will likely be a WR2 or WR3 in Miami, depending on the health of DeVante Parker.
