The Carolina Panthers and safety Juston Burris have agreed to a two-year, $8 million deal according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Burris, 26, has played on the Jets and Browns in his four-year career. He was mainly a backup, but did start nine games for the Browns last season. He has 71 total tackles, 14 passes defended and four interceptions in his career.
The NC State product will hope to improve a secondary that lost cornerback James Bradberry in free agency.
